I have been actively involved in darts since 1981, competing in various associations and leagues, including BDV, BEDV, DSAB, MDU, and SDM.

Over the years, I have achieved numerous successes, demonstrating my dedication and passion for the sport.

My sporting journey has been shaped by perseverance, skill, and a continuous drive for excellence. Even after facing health challenges,

my passion for darts remains strong, and I continue to inspire others through my experiences in the sport.

I take pride in a diverse and successful career, both professionally and in sports. My dedication and enthusiasm have earned me numerous achievements and recognition. Despite facing health challenges, I continue to find joy in inspiring others — both in the culinary world and in sports — hoping to leave a lasting impact.

Since 2019, I have been retired due to physical limitations.

In the following season 2023/2024 he won the championship in the SDM 2nd League and was promoted to the 1st League.

In the 2022/2023 season he became champion of the SDM 4th League

and was promoted to the 2nd division.

My professional career

  • Butcher training // My career began with a butcher training, where I learned the basics of meat processing and finishing

  • Training as a chef // After completing my butcher apprenticeship, I decided to expand my knowledge and completed a training as a chef. This training laid the foundation for my later career in the restaurant industry.

  • Training as a food designer // To further develop my creative skills, I completed a training as a food designer, where I learned innovative techniques and design options in the food industry.

  • Training to become a sauna master // My versatility was also demonstrated in my training to become a sauna master, which allowed me to expand my knowledge in the wellness and health sector.

  • Production Manager at Hofbräuhaus, Munich // In this position, I took responsibility for the production processes in one of the most famous breweries in the world.

  • Production Manager at the Pschorr Inn at the Viktualienmarkt // Here I managed production and contributed to the culinary quality of the traditional Munich inn.

  • Head chef at FRANK und Koch GmbH in Munich // As head chef, I was responsible for culinary management and the development of creative food concepts.

  • Head chef at Bistro Konfetti in Munich // At Bistro Konfetti, I brought my expertise as a chef to bear and ensured an unforgettable culinary experience for guests.

  • Sous Chef at the Gasthof Grüner Baum in Niederraunau // As sous chef, I supported the head chef and contributed to the high quality of the cuisine.

  • Sous Chef at Ursberg Monastery // In the kitchen of Ursberg Monastery, I used my skills as a sous chef and brought culinary excellence to the monastic kitchen.
